Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Incentive manager.

In this role, you will:

Planning:
  • Setting up Performance Expectation for channels and individuals to deliver business objectives
  • Build up the FTE Plan for entire WPB to align with FRP and to achieve the business objective 
  • Identify areas of improvement for sales performance vs cost efficientcy 
  • Design scorecard all roles in WPB by leveraging on Global Framework to drive the busniess objectives, get approval from local & group team and training to staff  
  • Manage Sales Productivity and recommend appropreate actions to improve 
  • Organize various governance meetings related to Sales Performance, scorecard, incentive and keep a good track of action log.
Incentive Management:
  • Be accountable for coordination to develop, implement and execue effective Incentive.
  • Be accountable to run sales performance, and propose / present quarterly and year-end incentive payment 
  • Organize the Country Calibration Meeting, ensure an smooth and error-free process of Incentive accrual and payment, anticipate any obstacles or bottleneck during the payout season.
Framework, Recognition Plans, Leadership Training Events.
  • Design/Build and execute Reward and Recognition Schemes for WPB including tactical contests to drive sales, customer experience and risk / conduct 
  • Understand market practice and insights to validate the effectiveness of country.
  • Understand the Group Performance Framework and proper implement at country.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Risk to build up and implement the scorecard, performance framework and incentive caliobrations 
  • Host recognition program including design, get approval, implement, run campaign result and hold the event 
Qualifications
Certifications, Qualifications & Experience:

  • University (BA) or (BS) with 5 years experiences and above 
  • Knowledge of Retail business, products, sales process, incentive / recognition framework, Sales Quality Policies and prevailing Global Risk/Conduct Frameworks.
  • Proactive and strong interpersonal skills with highly developed capacity to influence Business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are required.
  • Fluent English/Vietnamese speaking.
  • Keen attention to details and data accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within team environment.
  • Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (excel, PowerPoint) and SAS systems
