We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an International Banking Manager I/II.
Principal Responsibilities
International Banking Manager I
- Demonstrates high level international banking knowledge and understand international customers’ banking needs
- Grows and develops capabilities to achieve individual KPIs which contribute to WPB business performance
- Collaborates with Group offices to deliver good customer service throughout the customer journey and hence uplift HSBC’ reputation
- Assists IBM II to oversee performance of new and junior staff and provide coaching
- Understands and strictly follows the regulatory guidelines and updated standards so as to follow changes in the operating environment timely and accurately
International Banking Manager II
- Demonstrates high level international banking knowledge and understands international customers’ banking needs
- Increases our international awareness to internal and external markets and seeks new opportunities in generating new business to support WPB business growth
- Enables staff to grow and develop capabilities to achieve individual KPIs which contribute to RBWM business performance
- Oversees staff performance, sales and operation processes in line with Group/ WPB/RTD strategies
- Understands and strictly follows the regulatory guidelines and updated standards so as to follow changes in the operating environment timely and accurately
- University degree holder
- For IBM I, at least 2 years sales and service experience in WPB, preferably with international exposure
- For IBM II, at least 3 years of sales and service experience in RBWM WPB, preferably with international exposure within which 1-2 years at supervisory level
- Investment & Insurance related licenses are required, including Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1,7,8 and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to manage multi-tasking and committed to meet deadlines
