We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Internship, Risk Analyst Unit (North)

Areas and Accountabilities 

  • Assist the team in lending assessment process with typical tasks including:
  • Macro and industry: Data collection, key trend analysis, key takeaway summary, Porter analysis...
  • Company: financial spreading, vertical and horizontal analysis, other financial/ non-financial data collection/ analysis, support to prepare/ review financial projection of clients...
  • Others: Support to conduct HSBC internal policies/ procedures...
  • Assist the Team in conducting several internal (mini) projects.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments (including admin tasks) as assigned.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet) 
  • Ability to intern full-time in 6 months
  • Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions
  • Have basic understanding of financial statements
  • Pursuing professional qualification (CFA, ACCA...) is a plus
  • Possess strong PC skills (Word, Excel & Power Point) 
  • Have good command of English 
  • Hard-working and willing to learn
  • Analytical and detail- oriented
