We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Architect.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our expanding iQube team within MSS Operations Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecture oversight and governance across the iQube ServiceNow platform, which is built on the ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) product.

In this role, you will:

  • Working with the global delivery teams to provide architectural oversight across the MSS ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborating with the wider MSS Operations Architecture community to ensure consistency in approach and adherence to architecture governance across the division
  • Providing input to iQube and ServiceNow design discussions and decisions
  • Ensuring that iQube design principles and governance are followed, and any customisation of the ServiceNow platform is minimised
  • Running weekly Technical Design Working Group to review and approve designs and user stories
  • Providing technical assistance to the team with the build and support of the MSS ServiceNow instances (non-production and production) and MID servers
  • Providing suggestions for improvements (e.g. security enhancements, monitoring, reporting, etc) to ensure the platform is secure, robust and scalable
  • Providing oversight of ServiceNow upgrades, carried out annually (at minimum)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions, including CSM product
  • Experience of architecting in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points
  • Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions that meet business requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of architecture function
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
  • Experience of ServiceNow FSO product
  • Domain / Business Knowledge-Cash Equities,,Custody,Fund Services,Back office / operations
