We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Manager/Manager Assistant Relationship Manager – Global Network Banking (GNB).

Responsibilities:

The role holder is expected to professionally assist RMs Corporate to acquire, retain, and expand relationships with the customers we want to bank within the segment, by profitably identifying and meeting their needs. The main objective is to increase / grow market share and eventually to maximize stakeholder values in line with the strategic and operating objectives.

RM Supports will interact with clients on daily basis on all operational/transactional matters, among others, facilitating and following up on client’s trade and remittance transaction, quoting foreign exchange rates to clients, following up on account opening process, and any other support functions that deemed fit. RM Supports will also eventually be task to assist RM’s to prepare simple credit proposals, i.e., completing all the supporting documents.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • Has a minimum of bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferable Has a minimum 4 years of experience, a very talented fresh graduate also welcomed.
  • Being familiar with corporate account opening included required documentations (company’s deeds, tax ID, personal ID/passport, any legal permits etc.) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has good understanding on “Know Your Customer” (KYC), Financial Crime, Money Laundering and Bribery procedures to ensure strictly audit compliance.
  • Has ability to serve and investigate for any clients’ enquiries and complaints within given procedures and guidelines,
  • Has good understanding on basic credit lending commercial banking.
  • Has fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Has expertise in operating Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Power points.
