We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Data and Analytics

Principal responsibilities

  • Build and deploy both proactive and reactive messaging campaigns using Pega
  • Proactively identify risk associated with customer data and campaign selection, ensuring the delivery processes are followed and the risk controls are completed.
  • Priorities workloads against business objectives, adapting to change and identifying and solving problems.
  • Share knowledge and best practice and provide peer to peer feedback, quality checks and support.
  • Understand and translate business requirements into 1:1 multi-channel / multi-step customer communications.
  • Understand campaign or communication objectives and requirements to document brief and build & deploy audience lists.
  • Build selection rules to deliver campaigns via Pega with the ability to source data from external sources
  • Work within an Agile squad to deliver business requirements, with a clear focus on continuous development - share knowledge/best practice with the rest of the team and provide peer to peer feedback, quality checks and support.
Requirements
  • Prior experience of building and deploying multi-channel customer communication by using Pega 
  • Experience in Pega (Customer Decision Hub) CDH 8.x+ preferably in banking or a large corporate tech company & Demonstrable experience of analyzing data.
  • Must have an inquisitive mindset with a keen eye for detail. This should be coupled with an aptitude to problem solve & The ability to network and manage stakeholders is critical & Must be organized and able to manage multiple requests in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment.
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) on the latest version is desired & Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of Next Best Action Designer and ability to define strategies for efficient model performances.
