Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

   Mentor processors and checkers, help them to identify areas of improvement and influence personal and professional growth

   Support the implementation of any change programs

   Ensure the team of processors and checkers deliver in line with demand and meet department objectives

   Administer accurate documentation done by the processors

    Developing and/or implementing Operating Procedures in accordance with the Business Services Operating Model; highlighting any local procedures

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

      Over ten years work experience

      Educated to degree standard

      Previous experience of managing in an operations environment

      Able to manage effective business relationships

      Able to work effectively as part of a global team.

      Able to work effectively in a matrix environment

      Able to balance cost service and  risk in prioritisation and decision-making.

      Able to understanding and acting upon numeric data (financial, operational and people)

      Able to motivate teams of people and reinforce corporate messages

      Able to read and write Chinese/English
