We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Insurance Marketing and Sales Process Governance .

 

 

 

Manager, Insurance Marketing and Sales Process Governance will be responsible for overseeing the Group and Regulatory frameworks within the insurance sector and to ensure that all Insurance initiatives and sales process align with regulatory standards, company policies, and ethical practices while promoting the brand, driving customer,sales engagement, and selling customers.

 

Principal responsibilities

·         Champion the compliance of insurance campaign governance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices.

·         Redesign the process to remove redundancies, and build in appropriate controls and compliance steps

·         Seek approvals from risk stewards for insurance campaigns and sales process.

·         Conduct risk assessments of customer and sales programs.

·         Conduct gap analysis regarding current sales process against regulatory requirements and internal requirements

·         Conduct regular audits of sales and customer campaign practices, review sales process and providing recommendations for improvements.

·         Stay updated on internal guidelines, regulatory changes, and industry trends to proactively adjust insurance strategies and sales process

·         Provide knowledge sharing and support to Distribution Department teams on governance policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • A university degree, with minimum of 8 years of working experience in a banking and/or insurance company, preferably with governance, planning, and compliance experience
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance sector.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of the retail banking business, with strong business acumen and numerical skills. Experience in the insurance business is advantageous.
