We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Mobile Sales Officer - Loans

Role Purpose

The jobholder is responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives of the Mobile Sales Force (MSF) team he is a part of through a consistent achievement of his individual sales goals. The jobholder is accountable for contributing to the business growth in and around MSF. The jobholder is the primary customer-facing touch point at client calls and is responsible for quality interaction and quality sale.

Principal Accountabilities:

Impact on the Business 
  • By meeting the individual monthly and quarterly goals
  • By aggressively converting leads to quality sales
  • By preparing timely, complete, and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer contact in CRMS and any sales MIS required
Customers / Stakeholders 
  • By proactively planning, prioritising and implementing sales activities.  
  • By being highly committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service and enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction anchored on sales activities, robust sales quality and superior customer service. 
  • By ensuring leads are quickly acted upon within the agreed service turnaround time and that each customer interaction is a quality one.
Operational Effectiveness & Control
  • By ensuring the business meets all compliance/audit and quality standards.
  • By adhering to all Legal and Compliance guidelines in line with customer handling.
  • Manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.
  • Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
Leadership & Teamwork
  • Maintain harmonious working relations with peers, line manager and customers.  
  • Establish remarkable relationships with all internal customers and other departments to retain a healthy working environment.
  • Be dependable by doing the right thing and adjust to change,  new ideas and culture.
Qualifications
Experience, Skills and Qualifications  
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/College Graduate – open for undergraduates with a minimum of 2 years loans experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Has adequate knowledge in banking loans and other related products.
  • Must be flexible in doing both various Sales callouts and sales-focused field work / company visit / booth-handling.
