.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Mortgage Advisor, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Principal Responsibilities:
- To handle all referred mortgage applications by LG Type 2.
- To perform verification of customer information included personal details, income declaration and payment capacity prior submission via recorded telephone.
- To appeal and follow up on customer mortgage application status. Provide sound justification and write up for customer application.
- To ensure all customer documents is in order prior submission and follow up with customer on additional required information during sales process.
- To ensure all mortgage application are accurate and in accordance with the HSBC Bank policy standards and regulatory requirements.
- Meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism of respond either face to face or at the telephone.
- A university degree is preferred for this role as it involves analytical capacity and quick and measured responses on a daily basis.
- Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 yrs experience in managing and dealing with quality assurance and audit related in a sales environment. Experience in Mobile Sales/Direct Sales environment will be an added advantage.
- Must be meticulous, detailed and must be strong in written English to be able to present findings and recommendation from a Quality Assurance perspective.
- Candidate must be well versed with the various risk factors and system dependency and be able to make suitable decisions.
- Candidate must be proficient in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Language will be an advantage.
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Power point and word is the key requirement for this role.
Due to local laws and governance, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
