We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Regulatory Reporting (12 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Handle daily incoming enquiries from the MPFA, Labour Department, and other external authorities
  • Prepare written reply and related documents for addressing enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare statistical and regulatory reports, and be able to identify and explain any irregularities or trends
  • Assist ad-hoc tasks
  • Build trusted based relationship within the team and relevant stakeholders including MPFA, Onshore and Offshore Operation Teams
  • Assist to perform various tasks in the Regulatory Reporting area
  • To monitor and comply with the group’s service standard and/or regulatory timeline
Requirements
  • University Degree Holder
  • Knowledge on numerical and analytical sense, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with advanced Excel, knowledge in Macro/VBA is a plus
  • Able to tackle issues systematically, logically and independently
  • Maintains personal and professional development through upgrading professional knowledge, skills and experience
