Role Purpose:

RBWM (Retail Banking Wealth Management) legacy services including customer contact and related operation processes are in Digital Business Services Operations department.

Main responsible tasks can categorize into 4 pillars, RBWM customer services, Unit Trust, Mortgage loan, and Reporting

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support daily RBWM customer services and related operations including managing customer request, proceeding Unit Trust (purchase, redemption, etc.), monitoring mortgage loan operations (rollover, repayment, etc.), regulatory report.
  • Subject Matter Expert for all of tasks managed by RBWM, provide advices to business team and offshore team.
  • Conduct quality check on offshore performance
  • Arrange training to new staffs/offshore members

Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of banking tasks, particularly end to end from RBWM customer services to operations
  • 1-2 years of working experience (RBWM relevant experience is preferable)
  • Ability to prioritise own work and maintain good control in a changing environment
  • Communication and inter-personal skills
  • Customer service oriented with an ability to think creatively and out of the box
  • Intermediate level of written and verbal English is required, also high reading level as most of managing document / agreement is written in English.
