We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant, MTY SPS. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • To prepare voucher and posting entry, filing and archive for cash discrepancies, chasing refunds for outstanding shortages
  • To handle verification of notes / coins / foreign currency notes sent from branches / customers and prepare MI
  • To place purchase orders and keep detailed records and contracts of all fixtures / fittings / machines / equipment and be responsible for preparing orders for repairs and preventive maintenance services
  • To order / distribute / keep stock / record for stationery
  • To handle commission received from banks / companies / HKMA
  • To check Charges Reports / Cost Centre Reports and settle invoice payments with Financial Control Department
  • To deal with storage / destruction / collection of old records and keep records of duplicate keys
  • To collect, distribute and dispatch internal and external documents and correspondence
  • To answer routine enquiries or to redirect them appropriately
  • To carry out other clerical duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Knowledge on Cash operations
  • Good customer service communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
  • Available to work overtime if necessary
