We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Organizacional Change Management Office Analyst

The Organizational Change Management Office (OCMO) Analyst is responsible for managing US Change Execution Risk Controls and monitoring, as well as supporting the production of standard project and program reporting for the US change portfolio.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Change Execution Risk (CER) Control Management:
  • Deliver simple standard and ad-hoc reports that are aligned with prescribed Reporting and Insights processes, guidelines, frameworks and data requirements.
  • Collate data required to support the delivery of ad-hoc requests & insights
  • Reporting and Insights:
  • Deliver simple standard and ad-hoc reports that are aligned with prescribed Reporting and Insights processes, guidelines, frameworks and data requirements.
  • Collate data required to support the delivery of ad-hoc requests & insights.
  • Assist in the collection & verification of data to support the Global Transformation Portfolio & Programme Mgmt team, supporting the provision of a single view of the portfolio profile and current status.
  • Assist in the collection of data according to standard data definitions from multiple sources and helping to identify data gaps and inconsistencies, as part of the data reconciliation programme.
  • Assist in the collection and verification of data to support the Global Function reporting requirements (HPP, HRC).
  • Impact on business/function
  • Ensures US is effectively managing Change Execution Risk, responsibly managing investment in change activities and helping to demonstrate for US regulators through reporting
  • Provides knowledge of Change Framework and establishes accountability for project teams to follow HSBC standards
  • Contributes to the US Organizational Change Management Office and US Transformation Delivery objectives/goal
  • Operational effectiveness and control
  • Helps ensure that project teams follow HSBC’s Change Framework, leveraging standard change management tooling
  • Demonstrates understanding of analytical tools and techniques to prepare and analyse management reports; identifying factors contributing to heightened execution risk
  • Support portfolios through addressing ad-hoc queries for project/program data and practice advice
Requirements

Requirements:

·         Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within multiple disciplines or a fast changing discipline

·         The role requires a sound understanding of a value unit / product / region / legal entity, alongside a good understanding of the industry and the challenges and changes in the sector.

·         Management responsibilities for a sizeable team of professionals (including responsibility for budget, and planning
