We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

 In this role, you will:

  • Gather and analyse requirements, develop code, conduct SIT/UAT testing, review outcomes, and resolve defects.

  • Perform application upgrades and code retrofitting across multiple areas of PeopleSoft

  • PeopleSoft coding tools experience in - Application Designer, Data Mover, People Code, SQR reports, Application

  • Engine, Third party integrations etc.

  • Should have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Development and Support related activities in areas of PeopleSoft

  • General Ledger, PeopleSoft EPM and PeopleSoft Portal.

  • Work with Oracle DB, UNIX/Linux, Control-M and Shell Scripting for efficient development and troubleshooting.

  • Support DevOps adoption within teams and enhance the release/change process (Pipeline Excellence), focusing

  • on end-user satisfaction.

  • Drive testing automation initiatives (e.g., regression testing, performance testing, stress testing) to enhance

  • operational efficiency.

  • Perform Defect & Change management using tools like JIRA, QUEST STAT, Service Now etc.

  • Control-M experience - Monitoring the jobs and resolve the issues related to batches.

  • Work in a SAFe Agile environment, reacting to changes within 3-week sprints.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken English).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in development engineering, with a focus on PeopleSoft and its tools configuration/development/deployment.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong expertise in PeopleSoft practices and its implementations.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
