We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Market Head.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and manage a team of Premier Wealth Relationship Managers managing our Premier clients to ensure achievement of the business objectives
- The incumbent has a vital role to play in effectively leading and implementing change as an integral part of delivering the business strategy
- Ensure the teams adhere to cross border regulations in the execution of cross border transactions and market development
- Create and maintain an environment where the team heads and their team maximises performance in achieving the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business objectives
- Ensure the business run effectively and efficiently in accordance to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Operating Model
- Keeping abreast of and comply to all Risk Control Management and Group Compliance policies
- Relevant experience in Premier and Offshore market particularly in area of wealth management and business development
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
- Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
