Report to: SVP Business Planning, CEO Office

Accountability:
Support CEO and SVP Business Planning to
- Engage with regulators to follow up with key policy development and changes;
- Work with Business & Functions to explore business opportunities and update policies, if necessary;
- Develop country-wise strategies to communicate with the Region and the Group to obtain resources required;
- Host cross-entity governance forums to monitor execution of country strategies and collaboration initiatives;
- Ensure cross-entity, business and function oversight and alignment;
- Prepare internal/external CEO presentation (regulator meeting, regional conference, seminar, staff engagement, etc.);
- Follow-up on and track regional/country-wise projects & initiatives;
- Conduct competitiveness and positioning analyses; and
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the Group & regulators.

Qualifications
· Some years of working experience in relevant banking/financial areas
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Logic thinking ability with flexible and spontaneous working attitude
· Knowledge of relevant banking systems and services
· Strong project management skills - proficient in project management process including setting milestones & project deliverables, tracking project progress, etc.
· Solid facilitation and conflict resolution skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
