International Subsidiary Banking (ISB) is at the heart of the Group’s strategy to develop our International Network and serves Large Corporate and Middle Market clients across the Wholesale Banking Markets.
• University degree or equivalent in business or related discipline
• Strong general Banking experience with exposure in sales, commercial lending, credit structures, risk assessment and trade finance
• In-depth knowledge of HSBC’s product suite and network; local working experience in Mexico is a plus
• Strong credit assessment skills, particularly with regards to more complex and structured facilities
• Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
• Demonstrated flexibility and excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize work and function independently to optimize the business benefits in a multiple stakeholder environment
• Self-motivated with strong leadership, excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for and developing people
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French
