Job Introduction

Principal Responsibilities

·       Managing Day-to-Day Operations: This includes overseeing various departments and functions, such as sales, marketing, human resources, and finance etc to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

 

Implementing Strategies :

·       COOs work with the CEO and other executives to translate the company's strategic goals into actionable plans and operational procedures.

·       Ensuring Operational Efficiency:

They focus on streamlining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Driving Growth:

COOs play a vital role in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, developing strategies to capitalize on those opportunities, and ensuring the company is well-positioned for future success. Eg. Digital initiatives, Fund raising activities etc

Building and Leading Teams:

They are responsible for building strong teams, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

·       Financial Management:

COOs may be involved with CFO in budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring financial stability.

Risk Management:

They are responsible for identifying and mitigating operational risks with CRO to protect the company's assets and reputation.

·       Communication and Collaboration:

COOs need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including employees, executives, and external partners.

·       CISO Roles & responsibilities in line with business ask and any additional responsibilities which may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

·       Post Graduate and above

·       10 to 15 years or more of relevant experience, including team leadership

·       RC, Tech & Governance exposure will be an added advantage
