We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Assistant Vice President - Decision Sciences

Principal responsibilities

  • Form an integral part of the regional Analytics and Information Management team.
  • Actively involved in the delivery of business requirements and implementation activities. 
  • Be expected to work closely with the team and show initiative in proactively overcoming obstacles to success.
  • Dealing with uncertainty and changing circumstances, project interdependencies, opportunities and risks and a complex and diverse data architecture and infrastructure / systems landscape.
  • Communicate with business team on a regular basis on various updates, issues or challenges and seek guidance proactively when required
  • Proactively identify challenges or new opportunities and provide solution

Requirements
  • Ensure regular status updates are made on the project delivery to the project manager & other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure project milestones are accurately completed and in line with project plan dates. Interact with project stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of actions and queries.
  • Ensure Data Management BAU deliverables are completed on time.
  • Interact and build relationships with Risk & Finance Data Teams and country stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of actions and queries.
  • Support the delivery of the regional projects ensuring Key Milestones are met
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Create a safe environment to foster a diverse and inclusive team
  • Enable people to give their best and learn from experience
  • Show flexibility, adaptability and resilience in your delivery
  • Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Excel. Strong understanding of data warehousing and DBMS concept. A good understanding of Python will be an added advantage.
