We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director, Software Engineer.
Business: Equities & X Asset Fin Tech
- Securities Financing contains SBL (Stock Borrow and Lending), Collateral Treasury (CT), Repo, Synthetics and Core Cash sub-value streams.
- The role holder will lead SBL Sub-Value Stream, which manages global team spanning GZ, Canada and India around 50 staff in total, and joins global management team in driving various organisation agendas.
- This role will play an instrumental role in not only delivering the best technology product but also managing the key business stakeholders as well as systems users together with POD leads.
- Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn and bring new ideas to the organization
- Strong stakeholders management skills to partnering with Global Business Leads
- Have an innovative yet pragmatic approach to creating business and technology solutions
- Have a strong Agile/DevOps mindset and understand how it works
- Have experience leading and managing an agile cross function delivery team and takes end to end accountability for quality delivery and production operation
- Have a strong desire to encourage best practice and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to their team
- Had worked directly with business product owner to maintain the product backlog and deliver value
- Capable of collecting and validating business requirements
- Ideally having Prime Broker business knowledge, but not mandatory
- Maximize the value the team delivers through developing a deep understanding of, and close working relationship with Securities Financing business
- Micro-service architecture, open-sources technologies and stay abreast of emerging technologies
