We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) is a leader role
- Oversee MPF sales performance and operation processes in line with Group/WPB/RTD strategies
- Lead a team of MPF Specialists both Sales & Service to acquire MPF business in outreach channels
- Manage the team to deliver the required service standards and proposition consistently
- Operate within the approved operating and strategic plan process to implement the WPB business
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the like hood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control
- Engage teammates in capabilities development and uplift the staff well-being through daily activity planning, process streamlining, skill transfer and mind-set motivation
- The jobholder has regular contact with Distribution Management. You will need to work closely with different key stakeholders. You will have to define requirements to the supporting functions to ensure excellent sales and service can be delivered in the outreach network
To be successful you will need
- University degree qualified with over 10 years in customer experience/banking industry
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change across a variety of stakeholders to deliver results with multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong in leadership capabilities and people management skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills, with Putonghua a definite advantage
- Possess MPF, Investment and Insurance licenses
