We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1) Lead and Design the IWPB Incentive and Reward Framework within HSBC Expat and ensure consistency across IWPB Distribution.
2) Initiate and take lead on incentive and reward allocation, guard and mitigation
3) Innovate on incentive distribution mechanism to drive business performance to support IWPB strategy.
4) Proactively liaison with 2nd line and frontline teams and make sure the incentive mechanism is efficient, competitive, and motivative.
5) Act as first line of defense on the governance of incentive framework and pay reveiw mechanism
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1) Has at least 5 years team management experience with strong leadership, collaborative, inter-personal and influencing skills.
2) Self-motivated and forward thinking, mature on people management and intra-parties communication.
3) Accountable on incentive and reward wise risk identification, risk control and risk mitigation.
4) Initiative driven and result driven.
