We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Testing Strategy & Execution:
  • Define and implement the overall testing strategy for the core product and market rollouts.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
  • Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a global QA team across three IT centers (e.g., China, India, Poland).
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and meet program timelines.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across geographically distributed teams.
  • Program Management:
  • Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to align testing efforts with program goals.
  • Manage testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and quality assurance.
  • Quality Assurance Governance:
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities within the program.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery. 
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in quality assurance.
  • Proven experience leading QA functions for complex, large-scale programs.
  • Strong background in banking or financial services, with knowledge of banking systems and processes.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc.).
  • Experience with automation testing, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with decision engines or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong resource planning and allocation skills to optimize team efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
