Senior Integration Delivery and Support Specialist

You’ll be helping us be digital-first when developing new products and services, as well as enhancing existing ones by providing software development and support to each of our Global Businesses and Global Functions.

The role will take direction from the Global Head of SSD (Self Service Device – ATM) Engineering and work with the other WPB (Wealth and Personal Banking) Self Service software development colleagues as well as cyber security and other global SSD (Self Service Device – ATM) colleagues. It will have no formal line management duties.

In this role you will:

 

·         To support the OS Build Images and Infrastructure software on the UK ATMs and Express bank tablet estate.

·         To provide consultancy support on ATM Software development projects.

·         Assist third party field engineers and ATM Helpdesk with Deployment/BAU issues.

·         Own the patching and software upgrade process for UK ATMs.

·         Assist with Audit discussions related to ATM infrastructure stack and help remediate any findings arising from the audit.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

·         Expertise in Windows Operating system

·         Extensive understanding of End Computing security and Networking

·         Good understanding of Active Directory/ GPO and SCCM/MECM infrastructure knowledge

·         Ability to write Batch/VB/Powershell Scripts

·         McAfee product knowledge – ePolicy Orchestrator, Endpoint Security, Solidcore and Drive Encryption

This role is based in Sheffield.
