We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Funds and Discretionary Products.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Drive to achieve a strong and continuous growth in Unit Trusts business in Hong Kong retail space and fulfilling customers' wealth needs with dedicated product strategy
- Manage to formulate business strategies for developing the business, commercials as well as technology/operations-related
- Manage to develop digital capabilities with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for implementation of Group initiatives for Unit Trusts business
- Oversight of Unit Trusts portfolio quality and in compliance to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Oversights of service level quality and the resilience of end-to-end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks
- Drive to implement effective/efficient marketing initiatives that drive business and new customer acquisitions
Requirements
To be successful you will need
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of the Unit Trusts industry, including industry dynamics, regulatory environment and customer demands
- Solid product management and project management experience
- Strong compliance sense to external regulatory requirement and internal guidelines
- Solid interpersonal skills and strong work ethic with positive attitude
- Strong motivation, commercial awareness and communication skills
