We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, MPF Administration (12 months fixed term contract).
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Perform operational and administrative support to the team
- Handle physical document submitted from the customers and dispatch benefit payment to the customers within regulatory timeline
- Prepare and arrange blasting the e-communication messages to the customers on a regular basis
- Support initiatives to enhance customer experience via streamlining and digital journey
- Conduct testing of the new initiative of e-communication messages before implementation
- Perform quality assurance of management statistic report produced by Operation Team
- Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by assistant managers/managers
Requirements

- Ability to develop innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and improve operation efficiency
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to handle conflicting ideas/suggestions from various stakeholders and propose solutions acceptable to all parties
- Possess a high level of flexibility in the approach and must be able to demonstrate good judgment and sense
