Our Digital Business Services teams are the foundation of HSBC, providing essential support across technology, operations and key central business services for our global businesses and functions. This includes running customer operations, delivering innovative digital solutions for customers and colleagues, managing bank-wide change, and central services such as procurement and real estate management. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Pension Administrator Retirement Services.

In this role, you will:

•    Working closely with management and team members on role specific tasks, such as the end-to-end process of crystallizing benefits including performing calculations.
•    Retirement Services Wealth Business Services is to be responsible for completing the administration on HSBCs Self-Invested Personal Pension.
•    Delivering a best in best class of service is paramount to HSBC.
•    You will also be required to train junior colleagues and be willing to get involved / leading in ad-hoc projects. 
•    Appropriate escalation of issues to management especially those with regulatory/reputational/ financial risk.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    A demonstrable background in self-invested personal pension 
•    Worked with Delta’s SIPP~Pro software.
•    Have a proven track record of training and developing pears within the wider team 
•    Extensive knowledge of the current market
