The Premier proposition is a strategic priority for HSBC and the role of Premier Officer is a key supporting role in the achievement of the proposition objectives.

The jobholder is expected to support ERMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC, and to supervise and authorize other EROs’ daily tasks and applications on behalf of ESM per listed outcomes below:
  • This role is a part of the Premier Elite relationship team and a key relationship support role created to provide an outstanding customer experience to the valuable Premier Elite clients and increase Premier Elite Relationship Manager's (ERM's) client facing time
  • The role provides dedicated support to a team of Premier Elite Relationship Managers (ERM) in the overall achievement of their income plans (covering acquisition, cross sales, retention, and growth of their portfolios) and day-to-day contact with their clients in the delivery of the proposition objectives
  • In order to deliver client centric service, this role is identified as a point of contact for clients and in the absence of the ERM, this role will be the first point of contact for the client.
  • In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients, the role holder will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of banking products and services across wealth and retail
  • The role assists ESM to supervise other EROs’s daily operation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or above university degree
  • Influencing and client-oriented communication skills
  • Professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market (refer to the latest license table on intranet)
  • Ambitious about providing the highest service standards of delivery to colleagues and customers
  • Ambition of maintaining excellent customer experience and ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
  • Making considered decisions that protect HSBC and the business
  • Pre-requisite License: Trust Level 3 license, Foreign exchange business handling and review staff (BIBP) license and Internal Controal & Internal Audit license
