Here in France, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. The France DBS (Digital Business Services) Transformation team is a local change practice driving changes for our global business and functions by accelerating, orchestrating, and delivering outcomes that help HSBC achieve its strategic priorities and add value to its customers. The team brings in best of class execution skills, design led approach and deliver at pace to translate and achieve the desired business outcomes on large, complex, cross-business and function projects as well as certain local regulatory initiatives. The scope covers all current HBCE markets. The role holder has to be based in Paris.

What you will do:

  • Plan, mobilise and lead programs of high complexity and scale from definition to closure.
  • Perform Analysis with business/ functions to define operational solutions/ models.
  • Manage Change management (analysis and implementation) to integrate change in a sustainable way and monitor benefits. 

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the end to end delivery of the programs, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits.
  • Manages responsibilities, objectives and task allocations for the programs to ensure the individuals are being used in accordance with their skills.
  • Anticipate and manage stakeholders expectations.
  • Identify and analyse complex problems involving wider teams; generate feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences; lead brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems.
  • Challenge requirements and designs, propose innovative business solutions to realise agreed business outputs.
  • Coordinate, prioritize and document the requirements.

Requirements

You should apply if you have:

  • Fluent English required, French appreciated.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to pick up work right away in any phase.
  • Excellent communication (orally and in writing), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles.
  • Ability to decision making.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) - Optional.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Optional.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt – Optional.
