We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title.
In this role, you will:
• Design, develop, and maintain real-time data processing pipelines using Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Streams.
• Build and optimize large-scale data streaming solutions using Apache Spark.
• Develop scalable data integration and transformation logic using Scala, Java, or Python (Scala proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability in streaming environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and platform teams to integrate data solutions into applications and services.
• Implement and manage version control using Git, and automate deployments through robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize streaming jobs and infrastructure for latency, throughput, and stability.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the data platform.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with strong focus on real-time/streaming systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apache Kafka and its ecosystem (Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams).
• Proficiency in Apache Spark for both batch and streaming use cases.
• Strong programming skills in Scala (preferred), Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and stream processing paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with Git, and building pipelines using CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Experience in performance tuning and debugging complex data pipelines.
