In this role you will:
- Ensure fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations, and a consistently excellent customer experience
- Manage a team with general banking responsibilities, and provide coaching to assist them in spotting sales opportunities
- Protect the Bank through vigilance against fraud, knowing your customer, adhering to regulations/policies, and minimizing operational risks
- Manage and support branch operations, adhering to customer service standards, policies/procedures, and the Bank’s Code of Conduct at all times
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in managing the customer experience, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions across all touchpoints
- Ability to effectively communicate policies and procedures to support good operational, financial and project management outcomes
- Proven ability to provide quality management information to stakeholders to meet business and regulatory requirements
- Excellent planning and communication skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to self-start tasks, work independently, and take initiative
