We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities

  • Service Quality Management: Ensure compliance with all required processes, including: Monitoring Configuration Setup and Periodic Reviews.   Vulnerability Management and Scanning (DAST, SAST, FOSS, MAST, CONT). Performance and Stress Testing Triggers Management. Threat Modelling and Penetration Testing. Backup Requirements Establishment and Restoration Test Evidence. Document Resolution Plans for Vulnerabilities.
  • Release Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases, ensuring minimal disruption to production environments. Manage deployment schedules and ensure compliance with approved deployment tools. Track consumption and manage post-deployment checks.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of software solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and support teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure service stability.
  • Assist in knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to defect prevention initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and explore opportunities to apply new technologies or methodologies in ongoing projects.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in software development, ideally in multi-tier applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and basic understanding of Design Patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud-related development and tools such as AWS or GCP.
  • Basic understanding of Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with release management processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
  • Familiarity with service quality management, including monitoring tools and incident resolution.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new business requirements.
  • Disciplined approach, able to follow processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and techniques (DAST, SAST, FOSS, MAST, CONT).
