Within CIB, our Capital Markets and Advisory integrates our financing and investment banking activities under a single structure and focuses on three strategic pillars: Financing Solutions (Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Strategic Equity & Financing, Corporate Risk Solutions and Structured Finance), Corporate Finance which comprises sector bankers and country teams, and Strategic Advisory focused on M&A and Equity Capital Markets. 
The Debt Capital Markets team helps clients raise funds by issuing bonds and other debt instruments. They advise on timing, structure, and pricing, coordinate with legal and regulatory parties, and work closely with syndicate, sales, and trading teams to execute deals efficiently in the capital markets.

Report to: Associate Director, Debt Capital Markets

Job content: 
  1. This role sits within the Debt Capital Markets team.
  2. Assist Taiwan DCM in the preparation of pitches and other marketing material for public and private bond transactions.
  3. The candidate works within the DCM team, providing support to the SVP on internal coordination, particularly in areas such as KYC processes, compliance requirements, and necessary internal approvals.
  4. The candidate supports the SVP with pitch preparation, managing associated tasks such as internal/external coordination, scheduling, and document support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Motivated, detail oriented, reliable individual with strong analytical and technical skills.
  • This role will involve client contact and requires full proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Communication with different departments/functions.
  • Understanding of capital markets is preferred.
  • Qualified as Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Specialist, or able to obtain qualification with 3 months after coming onboard.
  • GPAD covered worker.
