Report to: Associate Director, Debt Capital Markets
Job content:
- This role sits within the Debt Capital Markets team.
- Assist Taiwan DCM in the preparation of pitches and other marketing material for public and private bond transactions.
- The candidate works within the DCM team, providing support to the SVP on internal coordination, particularly in areas such as KYC processes, compliance requirements, and necessary internal approvals.
- The candidate supports the SVP with pitch preparation, managing associated tasks such as internal/external coordination, scheduling, and document support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Motivated, detail oriented, reliable individual with strong analytical and technical skills.
- This role will involve client contact and requires full proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Communication with different departments/functions.
- Understanding of capital markets is preferred.
- Qualified as Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Specialist, or able to obtain qualification with 3 months after coming onboard.
- GPAD covered worker.
