Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments.  The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Mobile Sales Force Tele

  

Responsibilities:

  1. Doing product sales especially for credit card product by contacting/identify needs from both existing customer and new customers through a Telesales environment.
  2. Identify and provide product descriptions to the customers need, responsible for utilizing the database on daily basis and ensure that everything is properly handled and managed. Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
  3. Ensure that HSBC brand values are upheld in all interaction with customers.
  4. Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with internal regulation.
  5. Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and observe Internal Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Foster a compliance culture and implement Internal Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Indonesia Citizen only
  2. Minimum bachelor’s degree S1 in any major and be of a legal working age.
  3. Must be proficient in language(s) required by process
  4. Confident communication, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and selling skills
  5. Highly motivated eager to accept new challenges, and able to work under pressure.
  6. Have experience in selling banking product specifically for credit card product will be advantage.
  7. Fast learner, persistent and customer orientation.
  8. Open to working flexible shifting schedule.
  9. Computer literate.
