Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Mobile Sales Force

Responsibilities:

  1. Selling banking products and services to potential customers.
  2. providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
  3. building and maintaining good relationships with customers
  4. handling customer-related problems and complaints
  5. being able to work individually or in a team.
  6. Always comply to HSBC rules

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Indonesia Citizen only
  2. Min education S1 from Economics, Finance and Management are preferable.
  3. Min 2years experience as sales force in financial industry
  4. Hold or ability to acquire relevant certification in maximum 6 months since onboard (WAPERD, WPPE, AAJI, etc).
  5. Financial literate with wide understanding on bank’s product range asset, liabilities and investment.
  6. Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable bank’s product to meet their financial
  7. Objective within their risk profile.
  8. Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
  9. Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work.
