We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Primary skill for this role will be TOSCA + CRM Functional testing
- Design, develop and maintain automation test cases utilizing Tosca.
- Design, develop and maintain function regression test cases and their execution.
- Have hands-on experience who can design systems and understand building highly available and scalable Tosca automation test components.
- Build solutions with an engineering mind-set that not just achieve functional objectives but also cater to non-functional requirements with consistent performance that help our business to grow revenue.
- Develop and manage the professionalism, foster collaboration, adopt best practices and ensure on-time and top-quality deliveries.
- Collaborate with a global team where co-ordination activities would cross regional boundaries.
- Proactively remove impediments, see risks, and communicate issues to Program Management
- Identify process inefficiencies and find innovative and pragmatic ways to eliminate them
- Candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in TOSCA automation skills and certified in AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2
- Complete understanding and following Process-driven implementation approach
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Analyze User Stories and provide Testing Efforts
- Define Test Automation strategy for Dynamics 365 testing and automation testing for regression
- Define test automation approach and E2E scenario along with test optimization practices within PODs and across PODs
- Conduct new joining training sessions
- Proficient in creating TOSCA, modules, test scripts through TCD and executing the same using TOSCA Commander.
- Proficient in all features of TOSCA like User Management, Reusable Test Blocks/Libraries, TCD and Library management in multi user mode
- Responsible for Module Capturing Using Both XScan & Classical Engine for control Steering.
- Responsible for executing automated test cases.
- Experience in implementing unattended Execution and implementing distributed execution
- Create and execute Smoke and Regression Automated Packs.
- Proficient in Test Management tools like VSTS and/or JIRA and defect management lifecycle
- Delivering the features on given timelines
- Knowledge of developing automated tests in Behavioral Driven Development is good to have
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Overall, 6-8 years of experience in Funcational / Automation Testing
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in writing Tosca scripts for Web and desktop applications and minimum AS1, AS2 & TDS1, TDS2 certified.
- Candidate should be able to work with Tosca and functional testing both.
- Experience in designing automation framework & implementation in Tosca
- Creation and maintenance of automated test cases with tosca test case design including templates, RTBs and classes.
- Review of business requirements and system specification documents and the identification of testing related defects within them.
- Identification of test requirements and the specification of test cases using structured test design techniques.
- Provide testing effort estimates for new functionality (including regression)
- Collaborate with POD to ensure release governance met
- Test Execution and Environment Management, Defect Management and Metrics Reporting and Management.
- Experience in testing CRM application and understanding of CRM components.
- Exposure to agile/scrum project executions
- Manage defects and change controls ensuring a Quality Approach through SIT, UAT and delivery into Production.
- Well versed with test management tools like JIRA
- Good to have functional understanding of Investment Banking and Risk Management Business
