We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Talent Acquisition Enablement & Innovation Senior Manager
Role purpose:
To design, develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and solutions that enable the organization while implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies, processes and programs that enhance the recruitment experience, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Main activities:
- Leveraging best practices & technology to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Identifying and implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies and tools
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and RPO management
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize recruitment processes
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance and metrics
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform talent acquisition processes & strategies
