We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborating with HR product owners, HR Technology Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master to deliver the People Capability (Learning & Talent) product backlog – involved in end-to-end change management including requirements gathering, analysis, design and test automation.
• Driving quality assurance automation ensuring that the test strategy also considers the test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for Products/Services.
• Develop functional test documents for the applications including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts and Automation test suite using enterprise framework TOSCA.
• Build relationships beyond teams and seek out new ways of improvement.
• Implement all test activities including Functional tests, Platform upgrades, API test, UI Tests (Browser and Mobile), Performance test, Accessibility Test etc.) adhering to the Global Test Strategy.
• Capturing, analysing and documenting business process and requirements
• Participating in the designing of solutions to address business requirements
• Delivering SuccessFactors, Talent Markeplace and Degreed solutions, using out of the box configuration and/or code frameworks e.g. system config, scripts, rules, workflow, security rules
• Writing custom reports and building bespoke notifications in SuccessFactors Learning.
• Aligning with HSBC development standards and good practice guidance, including Agile delivery and Release Management controls
• Writing appropriate functional and technical documentation for all delivery
• Ensuring alignment with HSBC standards, governance and documentation requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• SuccessFactors implementation and/or continuous delivery experience – specific experience with SuccessFactors Learning, Succession & Development modules is essential, including knowledge of functionality, configuration, report development, support resources and roadmaps.
• Extensive experience of using TOSCA to build and execute automated test suites is essential.
• Experience of mobile testing tools.
• Have worked successfully within a DevOps / Agile team environment
• Proven self-starter who can operate and develop without close supervision
• Proven success at working directly with business customers to deliver end-to-end change.
• Experience in software development and/or application configuration.
• Experience of working in virtual, geographically dispersed locations and timezones
• Experience of core IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Release Management
• Experience of producing functional and technical specifications and documentation
• Experience of SaaS software and working with software vendors to keep abreast of developments, releases and roadmaps
• SQL and HTML skills, in context of SucessFactors notifications and reporting builds.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Strong Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
