We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Transformation Delivery Lead

The working location of the role could be considered in Xi'an for excellent candidate.

Responsibilities
Joining the WPB North Star Program as a Delivery Lead presents a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of building the world’s best mobile banking app and drive a key Group Strategy. This is one of the top priority programme for WPB and to further bolster the programme we are looking for a Delivery Lead. This is a senior role with accountability for overseeing the delivery of some of the key capabilities collaborating with cross-functional team and working closely with Programme Director and Product Managers
Requirements

Knowledge

  • Previous experience in leading large scale Business transformation programs, and other managerial experience leading diverse, geographically distributed teams. 
  • Strong understanding and subject matter expertise in at least 2-3 key Retail banking domains like Lending, Digital banking, Channels, Payments, Wealth, Regulatory & Compliance etc
  • Expert in change methodologies including but not limited to customer experience, digital transformation,  Design-led change, including significant experience in Agile roles.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity/ JIRA/ MS Project
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Experience 

  • Relevant experience on complex projects across countries or regions
  • Overall experience of 12 years or more
  • Project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects / programmes with different scope, environment.
  • Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at appropriate level
  • Ability to shape and structure complex problems and direct others, ability to take an E2E view and consider customer and business impacts across the project and externally.
  • Ability to challenge and provide alternative solutions, and put forward recommendations / take decisions based on the information available
  • Experience in managing cross functional and cross geographical teams.
  • Strong communications, leadership, project management, influencing, analytical, decision-making, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a strong team player and contribute to the success of team work taking up different roles and activities.
