Report to: SVP and Head of Asset Liability and Capital Management (ALCM)
Role responsibilities:
- Delivery of quality review and assurance on internal and regulatory ALM returns, with commentaries providing technical and commercial insight.
- Delivery of liquidity contingency plan (LCP) and individual liquidity adequacy assessment (ILAA) reports.
- Developing and monitoring the internal liquidity metrics in accordance with the liquidity risk management framework
- Preparation of ALCO papers and relevant MI to facilitate the ALCO process.
- Assistance in strategic balance sheet planning and management actions.
- Lead the ALCM streamlining initiatives, including but not limited to the automation of EUC processes
- Support to other ALCM tasks (e.g. funds transfer pricing and capital risk) where required.
Qualifications
-Good communication skills, in both written and verbal
-Strong analytical skills for big data; familiar with SQL, Python, and Data Base Management
-Possess professional knowledge of general accounting principles, financial analysis, general banking business, etc.
- Familiar with Basel regulations and ALCM related experience is a plus.
