  • Job Content:
    • This role is a team leader role will directly report to SVP Client Risk Management and be responsible to own and drive the implementation of Group policies of Business Financial Crime Risk (BFCR) in relation to IWPB in country and to ensure their implementation quality and adherence to Group Standards and to local Regulations.
    • This role will be responsible for:
      • IWPB Group Financial Crime Risk (particularly AML/Sanction) policies interpretation
      • Local policy / regulatory requirement implementation
      • The role-holder is expected to be the central coordination point to ensure all above regulatory and Group policy changes are disseminated to the relevant teams and channels within IWPB
      • Supervise daily control operations the effectiveness of control
      • Coordination and communication with frontlines/channels and stakeholders for timely response to the customers or regulator
      • In charge of Customer Selection and Exit Management (CSEM)
      • Providing guidance on 1LoD quality control for EDD/CDD approvals
      • Providing guidance and support to front line leadership to ensure their understanding of AML/Sanction policy requirements
      • Assisting the Business in designing QC as required to ensure EDD/CDD policy requirements are met
      • Working with the Customer Experience team to identify and address any customer issues resulting from BFCR policies

Qualifications
  • Welcome breadth of relevant experience from a range of educational and socioeconomic backgrounds, industries and with transferable skills in risk and control management especially for financial crime risk
  • A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others compliance with relevant regulatory processes
  • Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
  • Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
  • Attention to detail; Strong communicating and influencing; Problem solving, planning and delivering
  • Having the right skills support engagement, creativity, productivity and high performance
  • With analytical skills/ data mindset who is curious and willing to develop
  • English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate level or above
