Role Purpose
This role provides dedicated relationship management to a portfolio of customers with accountability for sales, service, risk and operational delivery. HSBC International Mid-Market (IMM) serves millions of small, medium-sized and middle-market enterprises, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. With dedicated Relationship Managers and Business Specialists providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC helps customers make the most of opportunities for their businesses.
Job content:
- Client-oriented professional to proactively manage a corporate portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions
- Enhances corporate relationships and customer service quality
- Acts as a strategic advisor to portfolio clients, channeling business development activities to ultimately provide the most suitable client solutions, thereby deepening the Bank’s wallet
- Leads, influences, and ultimately owns a consistent, cohesive client experience for our clients
- Supports Group Global & Regional Relationships and initiatives
- Close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services
- Safeguards the Group from potential loss and minimizes risk of losses from bad debts
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external standards that apply to the conduct of the business, including but not limited to Know-your-customer guidelines, Anti-money laundering regulations and procedures in order to fight / manage Financial Crime Risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in business related
- Good communication skill, drive and commitment, customer focus, multitasking skill, good adaptability, professional appearance and demeanor
- Good in financial analysis and credit risk control sense
- Fluent in English especially listening and speaking in business level

- GPAD covered worker
