Role holders will contribute to the development of domestic stock brokerage business - a new venture of HSBC securities (HCTW) and HSBC Bank Taiwan (HBTW).
The role will be based in HCTW and serve as the primary liaison of IWS and stakeholders across MSS, HCTW, and HBTW stakeholders. The role primary responsibility is to assist in the initial setup and launch of the onshore brokerage business. Once operational, the role will transition into platform promotion, ongoing product life cycle management, and enhancement of local equity and the overall investment products.
- Assist in the initial setup and launch of the onshore brokerage business
- Develop business planning and strategy for product and platform offerings tailored to client investment need
- Be accountable of product launch and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation, regulatory compliance, and efficient transaction execution
- Provide suitable investment solutions to client while fostering relationships and profitability
Qualifications
- University degree or above
- Minimum of five-year experience in financial conglomerates or brokerage firm, focusing on domestic brokerage business planning and management
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are required
- Extensive experience in marketing research and analytical capabilities
