We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President Associate, Business Development.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Identify customer needs through the utilization of customer insights and market intelligence, followed-up by delivering the most appropriate products and services for customers, and making quality business referrals to related business partners
  • Drive desired sales culture and Omni-Channel Strategy implementation and provide structured feedbacks on Omni-leads and latest market trends
  • Collaborate with product partners to identify potential business opportunities, and provide solutions and services to customers
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with sales experience in the commercial banking sector
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through a broad range of products and services
  • Proven ability to differentiate from the competition through responsive and proactive customer engagement service at both a strategic and transactional level
  • With business acumen and commercial awareness including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English, with knowledge in Mandarin preferred
  • Strong ability to effectively plan and organise, with tenacity to drive through results
  • Holder of Securities license and Insurance license
