We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, CRM and Analytics. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy analytical solutions across a variety of use cases for retail customers, including but not limited to customer acquisition, customer retention, product development, pricing decisions and other business needs within iWPB Singapore
  • Manage and own the entire end-to-end lifecycle of building and validating predictive models along with their governance, deployment, and maintenance
  • Interface with business & global analytics teams across the bank to formulate solutions & product changes as informed by data insights from analytical models
  • Work independently or in a team to solve complex problem statements
  • Identify and evaluate new development opportunities within existing datasets, uncovering hidden patterns and potential use cases
  • Build and implement AI Use Cases (Generative and Traditional AI) with a strong focus on customer benefits and the business impact to be achieved
Requirements
  • At least 8 years’ experience in building and deploying machine learning and predictive model solutions on large amounts of data
  • Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
  • Ability to translate user requirements/ problem statements into technical solutions
  • Extensive hands-on experience in coding and modelling skills in Spark, Python, R, SQL, Presto, Hive proficiency
  • Strong front domain knowledge (e.g., retail banking products, sales productivity, marketing) to effectively identify the value of AI and analytics in the business context, preferably in the Wealth Management or Financial Industry context
  • Deep technical and data science expertise, including experience in the following:
    • Statistical modelling (e.g., logistic regression, time series, CHAID, PCA), supervised machine learning (e.g., random forests, neural networks), unsupervised learning, design
    • of experiments, segmentation/clustering, text mining, network analysis and graphical modelling, optimization, simulation
    • Experience building in-production models, including associated scripting, error handling and documentation
    • Understanding of trade-offs between model performance and business needs
