Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Vice President Wealth and Personal Banking Partnership

Responsibilities:

• Implement credit cards business strategy with relevant partnership campaign to remain competitive in the market which are corresponding with the allocated investment,

• Achieve credit card usage spending as per target.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential merchants.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.

• Manage and coordinate projects with partners.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize partner and customer engagement.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and merchant partners.

• Provide regular reports on partnership and merchant partners.

• Stay up to date with banking, credit cards and payment trends and developments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in partnership management or business development in the banking or credit card industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and exercise initiative

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Flair for innovation and creativity, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions that add value to the partnership campaign

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
