The objective of the Voice Recording Trade Floor Lead role is to manage all the Media Capture including recording of Dealerboards, call center, Telephony, Mobile and Zoom communications.  The role will ensure that all of the voice recording systems are in compliance with HSBC internal standards as well as complying with external regulatory obligations. 

As our Voice Recording Trade Floor Lead you will:

  • Maintain robust, effective and fault tolerant designs for all owned services
  • Provide 24 x 7 support and rapid resolution of all service affecting issues
  • Vigorous prevention of recurring issues and rapid root cause analysis and resolution
  • Solid vendor and contract management and oversight
  • Strong commercial management and provision of cost-effective Trade Floor services
  • Provision and adherence to all standards and practices and resolution of any audit issues
  • Identify and implement new and emerging technologies which enhance HSBC value
  • Quickly identify, resolve, and prevent issues with setting expectation to multiple businesses simultaneously
  • Respond to Compliance, Legal, Surveillance, and Business requests with the utmost professionalism
  • Manage IT service owner requirements e.g. change management, Infrastructure management, software management, and IT governance etc
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers ensuring the best interest of HSBC is our priority in everything we are working on
  • Provide business as usual and project teams support for all Trade Floor Voice technologies with a concentration in Trade Floor Media Recording including weekend support for keeping systems in currency
  • Ensure deadlines are met and or exceed expectation
  • Govern the adherence to FIM Policy and Secondary Standards, ensuring that the Head of Trade Floor Infrastructure has a timely and accurate representation of breaches and formally agreed

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $141,300.00 and $211,900.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Hands on experience with the setup and management of a Voice Recording Trade Floor environment 
  • Experience with the following technologies: BT Open Trade platform, Speakerbus, Verint 15.2 WFO, NICE NIM 4.1, Cisco Call Manager and Proteus call logging
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of SIP and application support
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships, and collaborating directly with a variety of vendors, customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority (technical, business, development, compliance)
  • Proven ability to articulate complex and technical issues concisely, suitable for all levels across the HSBC group
