Retail Distribution - Wealth Sales Distribution Department

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services.  Our   one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution Department as Wealth Coach .

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Implement and execute coaching plan to develop and enhance support for PRMs
  • Prioritizing contact strategies on existing wealth customers and broaden wealth base by call leads management.
  • Communicate strategic directions and to provide internal technical consultancy to PRMs of expertise surrounding financial planning techniques and where and how products fit into overall portfolio's as defined by the Group
  • Prepare holistic wealth strategies tailor made for divisions and ensure management directions are implemented locally
  • Drive customer experience, operation and sales process quality, to upkeep market leading standards for conduct and controls in line with the Group values and expectations  
Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE and fulfil the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined by the Regulators
  • Minimum 5  years’ relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of Wealth (Investment / Insurance / FX) product solutions
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
