We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist.

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

  • Excellent analytical capabilities in terms of data and business processes.
  • Analyze data and drive actions to enable various workforce processes.
  • Support various workforce management related operational processes pertaining to onboarding, off boarding and various sub-processes to streamline the end user experience.
  • Work closely with the Workforce Management Team and be an effective and collaborative team player.
  • Drive effective cross functional coordination, constructively challenge where always required and ensure integrity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Resource Management - Resource planning and Governance, excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Planning and Execution - Develop detailed Business plans, allocate resources, and establish timelines for successful execution.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build a strong relationship with GB/GF Transformation Leads, HR, Vendor Account Managers and Partners for effective management of objectives. Work collaboratively with owners and stakeholders and other key work-streams.
  • Technology / Tools Implementation – Work with various teams for effective adoption of Technology Tools (Pioneer, Taleo, Fieldglass, Vendor Portal, Discover) and leverage tools effectively to support the various workforce processes within IT organization.
  • MI & Reporting – Work with Discover team for automation of manual reports by providing timely requirements, testing and drive usage of workforce related reports among stakeholders, ensure Daily check on quality of upload data and the outputs. Reconciliation activities on a regular basis to capture the inputs from various stakeholders covering GBGF’s, Vendors, HR and ensure the data is up to date in our source systems.
  • Workforce Analytics & Reconciliation – Responsible for Workforce Analytics and ensuring data breaks across various, workforce management systems are resolved on BAU basis. Work with stakeholders to drive actions based on workforce, analytics available on reporting platform – Discover.
  • At least 7+ years of relevant Business Management and resource management experience.
  • Experience in delivery of large-scale projects / transformations, good working knowledge of Microsoft office and workforce planning

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience in Banking domain.
  • People Management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, strong Communications, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage/influence multiple stakeholders.
